During the initial consultation with one of the therapists you get an opportunity to talk about what brings you to therapy and the therapist will explain how they can support you and be transparent about the treatment plan. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions about specific modalities during the consultation and throughout your work with your therapist.
We are happy to answer your questions and share resources with you to help you be informed about the services you are accessing.
Our session fees are $175 per session. Our therapists all have some capacity for sliding scale clients. Please inquire at the time of requesting therapy to see if they have any sliding scale spots available as they are limited. We may be able to waitlist you for a sliding scale spot-please ask us during the initial consultation.
This is currently not offered. We will provide you with a receipt within 12 hours of receiving payment and we will ask you to submit it to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
In person appointments are offered at 4544 Sheppard Ave East in Scarborough. We also offer virtual appointments.
Please check therapist profile to see who is available for in person appointments as we have therapists who are only available virtually.
We are registered masters-level social workers and psychotherapists.
Psychotherapy is not covered by OHIP. However, many benefit providers/insurance companies cover this expense. Please check with your insurance provider if you are covered.
There are non-profit agencies in Toronto that offer funded counselling services.
